Health and wellness coaching primarily focuses on helping individuals make positive lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and well-being through goal-setting and accountability, while therapy services delve deeper into addressing mental health concerns, often exploring past experiences and emotions to treat diagnosed psychological issues, requiring a higher level of professional licensing and training than coaching does.

Eating habits/nutrition, finances, health maintenance, life satisfaction, possible reduction of the medications you’re using, physical activity, sleep and relaxation, stress and weight management, relationships, spiritual practices, and mindset are all areas that you can discuss with me, as your coach. It’s your choice as to what you want to focus on to improve your well-being.

A commitment of 8-12 weeks of coaching with me on a regular basis will guide you along your journey to wellness. I conduct sessions both in-person and via Zoom.

This will depend on your schedule, as I will uniquely tailor each session to meet your needs. Ideally, a coaching session would be at least 45 minutes long. Our first session together is a bit longer to go over your vision and values.

Health coaching guides you in charting your path toward wellness and helps you take a series of small, doable steps that become long-lasting, meaningful, and powerful changes.

I offer a free initial consultation to see if coaching is right for you and if we are a good fit. Making lasting changes requires commitment and partnership. Here are the available packages:
